This apartment features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. 2 x single foam mattress are provided in the living room for extras.
**Please note the bedrooms are upstairs. The single flight of stairs is on the steeper side so not suitable for those with mobility issues.
The bright open plan living / dining / kitchen area has reverse-cycle air-conditioning and opens onto a private sunny deck.
Two bathrooms, each with shower, vanity and mirrors. Each bedroom features built in wardrobes.
The kitchen is fully self contained with everything you will need, microwave, dish washer, and an array of utensils.
A washer and dryer is provided in a laundry cabinet along with laundry detergent.
There is a single private off-street carport and ample parking on the street.
Linen is supplied PLUS free Wi-Fi & Netflix.
A quiet, central location. Walk 2-blocks to the centre of town and you will reach all of Armidale's shopping, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets.Guests have access to the whole property.
All Armidale's major schools are a 3-7 min drive from the apartment, including TAS / NEGS / PLC / Armidale High.
The University of New England is a 7-min drive.

Very handy
Undercover parking, key box entry, two blocks from shops. Very handy washing machine and dryer in unit, everything you need in the kitchen, air con to warm the place, not cluttered . It was very nice, though I still think a little pricy for a regional town.
Super cute little apartment
Really loved this super cute little apartment. Stoked I could have my pups there with me. Great little yard for them to stretch their legs in. One of my pups is a dachshund and could squeeze through the fence so if you have a little pup keep an eye on them. But it wasn’t much of an issue. Really cute place. I recommend the Thai place in town for dinner as well it was great!
Clean and comfortable
We enjoyed our stay at Ben’s lovely unit. It was clean and comfortable and had good WiFi and heating. We liked the convenient and peaceful location.
