Built over 100 years ago, this 3 Bed / 2 bathroom house has been tastefully updated and will feel like your own country home during your stay in Armidale.
Your group will have exclusive use of the property during your stay.
The home features high ceilings and polished timber floors, a fire for ambience and reverse cycle heating/cooling for convenience. A large kitchen fitted out to entertain and 2x new bathrooms.
Three large bedrooms, built in wardrobes and carpeted.
A private, safe and fully fenced garden to enjoy the sunshine or let your furry friend outside (we are pet friendly).
Guests will have access to the whole property.

We and four friends had a delightful stay at Quinn's Cottage. It is a beautifully presented historic home with three large comfortable bedrooms and two excellent bathrooms. There is plenty of space to relax inside and out and the house is an easy walk to restaurants, shops and other attractions. Ben was a responsive host and we'd certainly stay again next time we are in the area.

A stunning cottage in the heart of Armidale, you can’t go wrong staying here! Close to the shops, but in a quiet, peaceful street. The home is beautifully presented. Could not recommend highly enough!

The location was perfect for exploring Armidale, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Despite being centrally located, the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. I had the pleasure of being hosted by Ben, who truly went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. Ben's hospitality was exceptional, his availability throughout my stay to answer any questions or provide recommendations. His attention to detail and genuine care for his guests made the experience truly memorable. I can't thank Ben enough for making my time in Armidale so enjoyable.
